## Abstract This paper describes a new method for the highly stereoselective preparation of dithymidine phosphorothioates (TpsT) with the (__R__) or the (__S__) configuration at the stereogenic phosphorus atom [(__R__p)‐ or (__S__p)‐TpsT, respectively], together with the synthesis of oligodeoxyribo
