Like millions of business travelers before him, Bob Burke found himself staring absently out the window of a 767 as it came in to land at Chicago�s O�Hare airport. Unlike all the others before him, however, as the suburban buildings passed beneath him, he watched a man murder a woman on one of the rooftops below.
