Dynamic sealing
equipment life by reducing shaft and seal wear, and because it does not rely on product leakage for lubrication, there is no frictional heat build-up. When repacking becomes necessary, it can be injected while the pump is running, eliminating the need to interrupt production.
A similar problem occurs when the harmonic balancer shaft becomes worn or grooved by the oil seal lip. Installing a Sleeve 'N' Seal provides a cheaper solution, and also provides a tighter seal than a remachined shaft.
