Brynne isnβt quite like other teens. Confined to a life of solitude and loneliness, she must always keep her distance for fear that others will learn her secrets. Things change when she meets Jessica, the only real friend she's had and the only person she feels comfortable revealing her secrets to. However, Brynne begins to realize that she is not the last of her kind as she always thought, and that the others have no problem with violence and murder.
