## Abstract Investigation results of broadband dielectric (from 20 Hz to 1.2 GHz) properties of layered CuInP~2~Se~6~ crystals are presented. The temperature dependence of the static dielectric permittivity reveals a ferroelectric phase transition at __T__~c~ = 225 K. In the paraelectric phase, at
