✦ Synopsis

The ratio of K capture to positon emission in 2-.... 2+ transitions cannot always be explained by admixture of unique forbidden transitions in transitions having essentially an allowed KJfJ+ ratio. On the other hand, the normal theory for transitions with ILlJI = 1 gives values for HAs, BIRb, 126r and 200T! which do not depend heavily on the actual values of matrix elements and which nearly agree with the experimental ones.
