The sealing device comprises a bag constructed from metallic laminate. Mastic strips around the bag seal it to the cable and the duct wall when inflated to 3.1 bar internal pressure. The sealing system fits duct diameters from 50 mm to 162 mm, regardless of duct or cable ovality, whether empty or containing up to seven cables, and can be fitted in place while water is pouring from the duct.
