We present an optical evidence for Aharonov-Bohm (AB) effect in InAs quantum tubes fabricated by a selective area-metal organic vapor phase epitaxy. The oscillations of the photoluminescence peak energies are observed in quantum tubes depending on the magnetic flux through the tube. These oscillatio
