✦ Synopsis
Abstract
Cameron's Putrefactive Anaerobe No. 3679 has been used as a test organism in examining processes for bottling and canning chicken, rabbit and pork products under domestic conditions. The results have been considered in terms of the process values required to give a sufficient margin of safety against spoilage by pathogenic bacteria. Details of the processes tested are given in Part II.
