✦ Synopsis
ions, amino acids, etc., and chiral separations. CEC applications to biopolymers, such as carbohydrates, peptides, proteins, antibodies, oligonucleotides, and nucleic acids, are described in Chapter 6. Based on the adaptation of existing HPLC and CE methods for given analytes, the best possible approaches for a fast method transfer from HPLC to CEC are presented in Chapter 7. Method development and its optimization in CEC is the subject of Chapter 8. In the last chapter, future developments of CEC, expectations in capillary and packing technologies, and detection improvements are discussed.
