I'll save her from the darkness of her past

From the moment I lay eyes on her, I know I'm in for a wild ride. Before I even know her name, I'm throwing punches to protect her, and but she's not afraid. Not of me, not of anyone. I can't tell if she's a foolish little girl trying to play it bad for a night or if the shadows in her eyes hold darker secrets than even mine, but I don't give a sh*t.

The more I get to know her, though, the more I realize just what I've gotten myself into. It's not a good time for romance with the war between the Heartbreaker's and Diesel flaring up again, but she doesn't have me thinking with the right head.

Then I found out what she lived through, what she survived. I won't let her face that alone. Not again.
