## Abstract The records of 1471 patients with ALL entered into UKALL trials II‐V (1972–1977) were studied, and major bone lesions at diagnosis were recorded in 47 (3.2%). These were found predominantly in young patients (median age 5 years), equally in both sexes, and were seen to be associated wit
