## Abstract One of the main drawbacks of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) systems is the phase noise (PN) caused by the oscillator instabilities. Unfortunately, due to the PN, the most valuable feature namely orthogonality between the carriers, is destroyed resulting in a significa
