I order a Deluxe from a Market Place Seller and received a standard edition. The Deluxe has a thumb index and comes in a hard shell slipcase which protects the book. The seller I purchased from sent a nnth edition book that had neither; not even a dust jacket and they advertised it as the deluxe and
