Grosvenor and Ciptek j oin forces

G r o s v e n o r P u m p s , m a n u f a cturers of dosing p u m p s for the p r o c e s s i n d u s t r y , h a s a nnounced a merger with Ciptek, Manufacturers of Cleaning in P l a c e p a c k a g e s for p r o c e s s p l a n t and equipment.

Ciptek will now o p e r a t e as the Grosvenor-Ciptek division of Grosvenor Pumps Ltd. Bill Middle, m a n a g i n g director of Ciptek becomes technical director of the new division.

B o t h p a r t i e s b e l i e v e t h e move is a n a t u r a l alliance. It e x p a n d s Grosvenor's interests in the processing sector whilst providing Ciptek with the res o u r c e s of well e s t a b l i s h e d p u m p manufacturer.

Grosvenor Ciptek will operate from the existing Ciptek facility in Albrighton, UK, where the c o m p a n y designs the software and control systems for its CIP packages.

Albrighton will also become the project office for Grosvenor Pumps, providing engineering s u p p o r t for the commissioning of p u m p s packages. And there is t h e p o t e n t i a l for G r o s v e n o r Pump's Cheltenham, UK, factory to provide assembly facilities for CIP units in the future.
