✦ Synopsis

The title compound, (C~2~H~8~N)~2~(C~8~H~20~N)~2~[H~2~V~10~O~28~], contains two crystallographically independent centrosymmetric polyvanadate clusters, each with a composition [V~10~O~28~H~2~]^4−^, with the H atoms attached to μ~2~-O atoms. A variety of O—H...O and N—H...O hydrogen bonds generate a two-dimensional network.
