## Abstract ## Background The role of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for patients with multiple (five or more) bilobar hepatic metastases irrespective of initial resectability is still under scrutiny. The purpose of this study was to compare the outcome of hepatectomy alone with that of hepatectomy afte
