## Abstract The objective of this study was to overcome drug resistance upon systemic administration of combination paclitaxel (PTX) and the apoptotic signaling molecule C~6~‐ceramide (CER) in biodegradable poly(ethylene oxide)‐modified poly(epsilon‐caprolactone (PEO‐PCL) nanoparticles. Subcutaneou
