Brain extracellular fluid (ECF) concentration of YM992, a novel antidepressant, was determined using brain microdialysis to investigate the high partition of this drug to the brain after systemic administration to rats. Plasma, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), ECF and brain concentrations were determined
