## Abstract The determination of the properties of aqueous salt solutions of poly(ethylene oxide) has been extended to cloud‐point and θ‐temperature measurements in sodium acetate, potassium fluoride, sodium thiosulfate, and potassium phosphate. The Hofmeister series for the decreasing effect of an
