## Abstract The ternary self‐diffusion data of Ferguson and von Meerwall are analyzed using a generalized form of the free‐volume theory of diffusion proposed by Vrentas and Duda. It is shown that the predicative capabilities of this form of the theory are satisfactory and comparable to those of th
