Synchronous bilateral primary germ cell tumors of the testis are exceedingly rare. The most common synchronous testicular tumors are seminomas, followed by embryonal carcinomas, teratocarcinomas, and choriocarcinomas. In a series of 385 patients we found nine with bilateral primary germ cell tumors
