We construct convolution operators which define isomorphisms between SOBOLEV spaces of distributions supported on a canonical LIPSCHITZ domain. These operators are need for reduction of order of WIENER-HOPF equations or pseudodifferential equations on a canoniaal LIPSCHITZ domain.
