The reaction of tBuSiCls with LiA1(PH2)4 yields the silaphos-troscopic investigations, 5 is a derivative of 1,3-diphospha-2,4phacubane 2. Besides the compounds 1, 3, and 4, which were disiletane, whereas 6 and ? exhibit a structure analogous to already identified, three additional silaphosphanes (tBuSi),-norcubane and secocubane, respectively. The compounds 3 -7 PZCl6 (S), (fBuSiP),HzClz (6), and (tBuSiP),HCl (7) have been reveal the reaction pathway from 1 to 2.
