I am delighted with this book. I find the pictures to be excellent representations of what the jewelry really looks like and the directions easy to follow. It is very clear that the thread that shows is a very integral part of the design concept which is "Quilling." I was fortunate to see the Midnight Blue Necklace in person at the Bead and Button show in Milwaukee this year. Seeing that is what inspired me to purchase the book. I love using cylinder beads which I do not consider expensive at all, so I've found that I can make many of the beginner projects for less than $5. What a deal! Great to give as presents. The more advanced projects are intriguing enough to keep me interested for a long time. I hope there will be another book soon by this talented bead artist!
