Georgia Mason and her apprentice, Matthew, travels to the sunny beach town of Windy Cove. In hopes of meeting with the owner of a beachfront property, and tying up some loose ends on the purchase of said property. Upon their arrival however, a dead man is found lying on the beach. The deceased is local eccentric and owner of the property Tim Skimmer horn. Tim was indeed murdered but by whom? Georgia is happy to lend any help she can to the local authorities in solving the case. But can they solve this mysterious murder before the guilty party claims their next victim?
