Depoharization cross sections for the reaction N~'PJ,,, -+ He( 'Se) + Na2P~'m' + He( 'So) are computed using an impact parameter treatment. Comparison with experimental results is given. The esact calculation is compared to the results of a simplified model where the sodium atom is supposed to be un
