Abstract

In some basic experiments, the feasibility is demonstrated of obtaining artifact‐ and fluorescence‐free spectra by in situ (Fourier transform (FT)) Raman spectrometry of TLC spots. In addition, the high sensitivity enhancement by using TLC–FT‐SERS of silver colloid‐activated chromatographic spots is shown.
