in this paper, using Navier-Stokes equations and i?eynoids time-averaged rules. the mrbuient motional dlyferential equations of variable density and variable viscosity Newtonian fluid have been presented, and the twbulent motional dtxferentiai equations of variable density and variable viscosity Newtoniatt fluid iti open channel have been fhrther proposed. The concepts of the density twbu/ence stress and the viscosity turbulence stress have been fisstly presented in the paper.
