β¦ Synopsis
The Branch-And-Reduce Optimization Navigator (BARON) is a computational system for facilitating the solution of nonconvex optimization problems to global optimality. We provide a brief description of the algorithms used by the software, describe the types of problems that can be currently solved and summarize our recent computational experience. BARON is available by anonymousftpfromaristotle.me.uiuc.edu.

In this paper we describe a new software package which is currently being developed at the Royal Military College of Science. It aims to provide facilities for basic computations related to the Schrodinger equation and second-order linear Sturm-Liouville problems. The new routines are less problem-s
