Operations are organized into three main operating segments, including domestic banking, international banking and Scotia Capital. As of Oct 31 2004, Co.'s total assets, assets under management and deposits amounted to C$279.21 billion, C$21.22 billion and C$195.19 billion, respectively. As of Oct 31 2004, Co. maintained a banking network of 1,871 branches and offices, and 4,219 automated teller machines.
