BancFirst is a bank holding company that provides a range of commercial banking services to retail customers and small to medium‐sized businesses both in the non‐metropolitan trade centers of Oklahoma and the metropolitan markets of Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Lawton, Muskogee, Norman and Shawnee. Retail and commercial banking services include commercial, real estate, agricultural and consumer lending; depository and funds transfer services; collections; safe deposit boxes; cash management services; retail brokerage services; and other services tailored for both individual and corporate customers. As of Dec 31 2006, total assets were $3.42 billion and deposits amounted to $2.97 billion.
