## Abstract Recombinant baculoviruses were constructed to express cDNAs encoding two distinct subtypes of human cAMP‐specific phosphodiesterase (hPDE4A and hPDE4B). Infection of Spodoptera frugiperda insect cells with the appropriate recombinant baculoviruses resulted in high level production of bi
