Effective chiral theory of mesons beyond ChPT has been applied to study 7 --+ 4Try, y3pi~,. Theoretical results agree with data. A new axial-vector symmetry breaking is revealed from this theory. The mass gap between p and a~ mesons originates in this symmetry breaking. W and Z bosons gain mass from this symmetry breaking. mw= ~gmt , 1 mz = pmw/cosOw with p ,~ 1, and GF --2. ¢~m~' 1
