Abstract
An automated parallel synthetic approach has been developed for synthesizing polymer libraries by the Macromolecular Design via the Interchange of Xanthates (MADIX) process. The experimental setβup, parallel polymerizations, characterization, and reproducibility tests are detailed. Examples of acrylic diblock copolymers synthesized in this way are given.

## Abstract A poly(vinyl pyrrolidone) (PVP) sevenβarms star polymer with lysozyme core was synthesized by conjugating linear __N__βsuccinimidyl ester terminated PVP polymer to lysozyme. Reactive PVP polymers were synthesized using a MADIX/RAFT agent functionalized with __N__βsuccinimidyl ester. The
Extensive automation of both random and rational drug discovery strategies greatly increases the number of compounds entering biological screens. Although parallel synthesis (one compound per well) strategies eliminate the deconvolution step necessary when pooled libraries are screened, parallel syn
