β¦ Synopsis
Our laboratory has been involved for some time in the assay of luteinizing hormone (LH) by the ovarian ascorbic acid depletion method. During the course of these studies we have partially converted the method from a manual to an automated procedure with a resulting improvement in simplicity of operation, accuracy, and reproducibility. This report discusses the conversion of the biochemical determination to the Technicon AutoAnalyzer.
