## Abstract Capillary array instrument was applied to transcript profiling of the yeast genomic DNA using GeneCalling™ chemistry. The instrument integrated a 12‐capillary array for DNA separation with a replaceable sieving matrix, laser‐induced fluorescence detection and an automated microfraction
