## Abstract ## Objective Patients with chronic periaortitis (CP) often show clinical and laboratory findings of a systemic autoimmune disorder. The aim of the present study was to investigate the role of the HLA system in CP. ## Methods Low‐resolution genotyping for HLA–A, HLA–B, and HLA–DRB1 lo
