## Abstract Autocombustion of citric acid gel was employed to prepare ReFeO~3~ (Re = Gd, Nd) nanocrystalline powders. The phase identification and lattice parameters were investigated by the Xโ€ray diffraction (XRD). Fieldโ€emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) investigations were carried out
