Abstract

Customers increasingly demand authenticity, transparency, and complete honesty in the companies they deal with. As a company grows, authenticity becomes even more important. Authenticity illuminates a company's sense of purpose. Using a detailed case study of the Honest Tea Company, this article demonstrates leadership strategies for promoting authenticity and other critical values.
