## Abstract ## Background The objective of this study is to determine whether neoadjuvant chemotherapy reveals occult disease precluding surgical extirpation of initially resectable colorectal cancer liver metastases (CRCLM). ## Methods Demographics, clinicopathologic tumor characteristics, trea
