L'exploration de la coagulation fait appel en premiere intention au temps de Quick et au temps de c~phaline plus activateur. A partir des anomalies d~tect~es, allongement isol~ du temps de Quick, du temps de c~phaline plus activateur ou perturbation des deux tests, une d~marche diagnostique est propos~e mettant en oeuvre des tests compl~mentaires adapt~s. Les diff~rentes stratagies envisageables sont r~sum~es sous forme d'arbres d~cisionnels.
