## Abstract Polarized attenuated total reflection (ATR) Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy was utilized to characterize the three‐dimensional orientation of polymer chains near highly anisotropic surfaces generated by uniaxial drawing. A versatile method was proposed to analyze the mole
