## Abstract In this paper, we study asymptotic behaviour of the global smooth solutions to the multidimensional hydrodynamic model for semiconductors. We prove that the solution of the problem converges to a stationary solution time asymptotically exponentially fast. Copyright © 2002 John Wiley & S
