✦ Synopsis

We consider some properties of the asymptotic behaviour of the time evolution for the densities of ions and neutral particles in a simple model of binary interactions. We give a generalized definition of wave operators and prove their existence under suitable conditions related to the initial distributions of the two kinds of particles.
