A possibility is shown to extend essentially a choice of asymptotic behavior of optimum rational series of the perturbation theory when treating rotational spectra of molecules. This extension gives grounds to expect considerable improvement of results of using the concept of the effective rotational Hamiltonian in the rational form when treating strongly perturbed vibrational states. c) 1994 Academic Press.
