✦ Synopsis
In highly viscous soh~tions the FSR spectra of chlorine dioxide are asymmetrkally broadened. ModuIation of the anisotropic hyperfine aod g tensors accounts for the observed broadening but the correlation time for the motion is much smaller than expected from Debye theory. The calculated hydrodynamic radius is coplpared with that derived from spin rotational relaxation.
