## Abstract Increasing evidence points to a link between histone deacetylases (HDACs) and tumorigenesis. Although several HDAC inhibitors have been tested in clinical trials for cancer therapies, the mechanisms of HDAC activation in tumors remain unknown. In this study, we investigated the pathway
