## Abstract We report a case of guttate psoriasis following Kawasaki disease, in a patient with Staphylococcus aureus demonstrated in a throat swab. We suggest that preceding staphylococcal infection can play a key role in the pathogenesis of some cases of guttate psoriasis, possibly by the product
