β¦ Synopsis
In this "Curriculum and Case Notes" section, we present a new teaching case by Professor Anthony Kovner of New York University as an experiment in interactive publishing. The case is designed to encourage discussants to address the very practical problem of data collection for evaluation and oversight of the Medicaid managed care program, but to do so in a manner that reflects multiple political and managerial points of view on this policy issue. To accomplish this purpose, Professor Kovner has concluded his case study with brief descriptions of several participants in the Medicaid policy debate.
You are invited to assume the role of one of these participants and submit to us your commentary on the case.
